Deadlift: Warm up and get to a heavy 3 reps in 10mins 10min EMOM Every min do 3 x Deadlift (must be unbroken with out letting go of the bar) You pick the weight, your score is weight x reps lifted, you can change the weight up or down. MET CON 400m clock in (scale to 200m) then 21-15-9 Thrusters (40kg/25kg) scale weight as needed Bar facing burpees 400m Clock out (scale to 200m)
