Only one wallball between each pair.
The wallball can not be put down or dropped or 10 burpee penalty by both athletes required before moving on.
Push ups can be done at any time during the workout but the other exercises need to be done in order.eg one person can do push ups while the other one does wallballs or wallball cleans.
Only one partner to do push ups at a time.
