In pairs work through the exercises like in the song, alternating working person. so person 1 does 1 Sumo Deadlift High pull, Then person 2 does 2 Thrusters and 1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Person 1 does 3 Push Presses, 2 Thrusters and 1 Sumodeadlift high pull etc.
Both of you must also have a 5 kg Bumper plate taped around your mid section.
