Pull up strength (20 mins) + between each set do a headstand hold for time.
spend 20 mins working on pull strength and head stand holds between pull up sets.
Use weight belts to add weight if you can do more than 8 reps
Use bands for assistance if needed
Try elevating your legs using a box making sure you pull your body up in a vertical line (not a inverted row)
