2) Book onto our Foundations/ Beginners Course. (Next one starts Tue 24th Jan - 17th Feb 2017)
Book onto our Foundations program which is 8 session over 4 weeks all 1 hour long (Tuesdays & Fridays at 19:30-20:30).
Here you will learn the basic exercises used within CrossFit and we will build your fitness and confidence level up.
Also included FREE Nutrition advice from Claire our Nutritional adviser with optional bodystat measurements.
Or - 121 coaching at £20 per session (max 8 sessions, most people will need 2-4 sesions, depending on experience).
3) Choose your membership and join the main classes -
