Join the Next Foundation Course
Our Foundation Course is designed to teach the main lifts and exercises used in CrossFit as well as build up your fitness ready to join and make the most of the main classes. It runs on Mondays and Thursday @ 6:30pm over 4 weeks. It is not compulsory, but many of our members have found it invaluable as we really break down the technique and focus on the basics.
