Join the Next Foundation Course
Our Foundation Course is designed to teach the main lifts and exercises used in CrossFit. The Next 4 week foundation course starts on Wednesday 20th of March 2019. The sessions take place every Wednesday at 19:30 - 20:30 and Saturdays at 10am -11am It is not compulsory, but many of our members have found it invaluable as we really break down the technique and focus on the basics.
