From January 2016, we will be celebrating success with a member of the month, based on progress, training consistency and also any referred friends. In the meantime we felt it was only fair to recognise the tremendous achievements of our current members and whilst so many are worth mentioning for their amazing gains, work and support this year - it was really hard to settle on just one or even three.
We decided to award Member of the year to two outstanding guys who have literally attended almost every day this year. Through their consistency, they have seen massive changes in their body shape, strength and fitness. Our female member of the year had to be Jayne who since she joined has came to classes pretty much daily too and seen great results in her strength. No doubt we will see many other names come up with the member of the month, as this was a very close call. So remember log your scores on Sugar WOD and train regularly.
