We are looking for 6 super motivated men and 6 super motivated women to change their lifestyle and join our 6 week Boot Camp. This is for people serious about changing their lifestyle - so complete beginners but motivated to make a real change! We will support you all the way. This is the first step!!
You will have a choice of 3 sessions a week, you need to attend at least 2 of the session.
We will discuss your current eating habits and coach you to change these to healthier options.
You will be taught proper movement techniques with great workouts that don't involve any complex weightlifting movements, but we will still use a range of exciting equipment to keep our workouts fun and challenging.
The program lasts for 6 weeks with classes on Monday and Wednesdays @ 7:30pm and Saturday @ 9:00am starting on Monday 15th October 2018.
At the end of the 6 weeks you will be able to either sign up for the next Boot Camp or you can try other programs / classes we run at CFSEW - we will continue to support you throughout your training whichever option your choose.
