It costs £40 which you can pay on your first day.
You will learn correct movement patterns and learn the main lifts and exercises used in CrossFit so you can workout using safe techniques. You will also build your fitness level up so you can confidently take part in our main class. Classes are fun and sociable and we look forward to showing you what CrossFit is about and why it works so well.
