About CrossFit SouthEast Witham
At CrossFit SouthEast Witham gym/box we offer small group CrossFit Training session for seasoned athletes and beginners. All sessions are coached by well qualified and experienced coaches with specialities in Olympic Weight Lifting, Mobility and Nutrition; and we often have two coaches in a class. Exercises are adapted to all fitness levels no matter how fit or unfit.
We track your progress with a range of tools (why not download our app) and offer personalised support to help you reach your goals, including nutritional advice. Sessions are great fun and we have a really friendly community here at CrossFit SouthEast Witham. Workouts are intense and will boost your metabolism and burn calories for up to 72 hours after training. We also organise many social events, and take part in lots of team building activities. This is so much more than a gym in witham! |

CrossFit uses functional movements which are natural for the human body and all exercises are performed with full range of movement: This ensures that your body moves in the way it was designed to and keeps joints and muscles healthy.
It is constantly varied and works all areas of fitness and energy systems which pushes your body to adapt and change. The high intensity of the workout kicks your metabolism into gear and makes you burn calories for up to 72hours after training. This is how CrossFit gets fast and lasting results. It is also very fun and sociable as workouts are done in small classes that are fully coached. It can be adapted to your level of fitness, so is open to advanced athletes as well as beginners: all of which will see great results! |
